Returns And Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or an exchange. Please follow the steps below.
Step One
Please fill out the Return Merchandise Form (click here to download) and place it inside the package to be returned.
Step Two
Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.
Step Three
Indicate the address as stated below on the package to be returned.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.
An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Damaged Items
It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if the items in your shipment are damaged, please contact us immediately at +65 6296 2600
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for faster service.
To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
