International Delivery

Loveraskincare.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Listed below are the shipping options available for your loveraskincare.com package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout".
Depending on your location, international delivery takes between 5 -10 working days. A signature may be required upon receipt. Do note that loveraskincare.com is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax for international deliveries. You may be notified of the sales tax to be paid by your local customs authority only when your order has reached your country, before you receive your goods.
For deliveries to areas outside Singapore, loveraskincare.com primarily uses DHL, DPEX or UPS. However, depending on your destination, we may also select other couriers to provide the most suitable delivery service for your specific order. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. Loveraskincare.com will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.
Shipping Rules And Restrictions
Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy should be borne by customers as loveraskincare.com is unable to guarantee or estimate if your shipment will or will not incur customs-related levy. Kindly contact your local customs office for more information.
As loveraskincare.com is required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value, customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries.
Loveraskincare.com is unable to entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. Please understand that loveraskincare.com will not be responsible if your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order. loveraskincare.com will also not be responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
If customers reject the package because of customs issue or other issues arising, kindly note that loveraskincare.com will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment on the rejected package.
